2.1. Original Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. It should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2.2. Proof of Purchase: Please ensure that you provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or the purchase receipt, when initiating a return or exchange.

3. Return and Exchange Process:

3.2. Approval and Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

3.3. Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us securely using a trackable shipping method. The shipping costs for the return or exchange will be borne by ELEGABEAM for damaged or defective items. 

3.4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process the refund or initiate the exchange accordingly.

4. Refund and Exchange Options:

4.1. Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days from the date of receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase.

4.2. Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will process the exchange promptly and ship the new item to you within the estimated delivery time frame.
